NCC Membership Drive in Jharkhand - Bro Solomon Raju, NCC Jharkhand State General Secretary Reports
By the grace of God, from last May till date, NCC Jharkhand State Leaders have visited and campaigned door to door for NCC Membership. So far around 9 local churches, have been reached out . Most of them are established in remote areas. Jharkhand NCC led by Bro Solomon Raju , General Secretary have plans to invite them for a special Seminar some time in August/ October this year.
Apart from sharing information about NCC and bringing awareness , the State NCC wants to educate them regarding the new bills that are passed in the Parliament against Christianity / anti-conversion laws, etc.
Most of the pastors and lay leaders are very keen and fully interested in sharing their local issues and want to get security from the local administration during the opposition to propagate the Word of God.
Hence, the state leadership has plans to request the National Executive to arrange a highly qualified advocate who is practicing in the High court / Supreme court to be the resource person for this Seminar and address their issues about how to deal with them adequately.
I request the NCC National Leaders to please try to attend this meeting and also advise us about how to organize it. Please bring such eminent advocates or Christian political leaders for the encouragement of local / Jharkhand state NCC leaders.
