NCC AP STATE REVIEW MEETING HELD FOR LOCAL AREA LEADERS

Enikepadu (Vijayawada): NCC AP State President Dr. B. George Muller Chaired a review meeting for NCC leaders from Krishna and NTR Districts along with some State Leaders in Sharonu Polamu Church in Anjayya Street of Enikepadu, Vijayawada. 

State Office Secretary Pastor. Allu Sujatha said that every leader should be transparent and information of every program held in the state should be made available to everyone. NTR District President Rev. Konduru Hanock said that NTR Dist. should form the committees with good leaders in the district and strengthen NCC in the District.  He requested the  state leaders to cooperate in this matter. 

Coastal Coordinator Rev. K. Paul Sankara Reddy said that every leader should fulfill their duties and responsibilities without neglecting them. He encouraged saying that there should be coordination and accountability among the leaders. Mrs. Jaswantha Rani, State SC Welfare Wing President, said that the shortcomings of the leadership should be rectified with a good heart and every leader should take steps towards increasing the membership in NCC.  State Secretary Mrs. J. Rajeshwari said that in the past, due to Corona, the leaders were not able to work at the expected level, and in the coming days, she said that we have to strengthen NCC to work collectively and coordinate all the activities.   

Secretary of State Bishop. Rev. Dr. Devarapalli Elia Raju said that workshops should be conducted regularly to strengthen the leadership of NCC so that the duties and responsibilities of the leaders can be reviewed from time to time.   State Vice President Dr. Rev. V. Jaya Kishore said that there should be no lack of information about the programs to all leaders. The state leadership should hold regular meetings for the state leaders and that all leaders should work in unity and with oneness of mind.  Dr. Gollapalli Subhasini, State Women's Wing President said that all the state leaders should provide support to strengthen the state's women's Wing and its activities. 

Advocate Matta Prasad, State Legal Wing President, said that advocates and retired judges should be encouraged and included as members of  NCC and the leaders of the legal wing should be strengthened.

Later Dr. Bokka George Muller,  the State President said that periodic review meetings shall be held with the State Office bearers and with District office bearers.  If we meet often we can find solutions for any issues and take corrective steps in our leadership to go forward.  He assured that there are  solutions to all the matters that  leadership is lacking or need to do. The issues raised by all the leaders today will be addressed  immediately. The State leaders will lead NCC in the right path, providing full information abd  with good coordination. 

Resolutions: 

1). The present State and District leaders who participated in this  meeting will  continue in their respective posts.

2). It was decided to complete the NCC Krishna District District Executive Committee formation  by December 15  under the leadership of State Secretary Rev. Elia Raju and State Vice President Rev. Dr. V.  Jaya Kishore.

3). A meeting of leaders of NTR & Krishna districts along with the local State leaders will be  held in January at Gudiwada under the leadership of State Vice-President  Rev. Dr. V. Jaya Kishore.

4). As soon as the State and District leaders provide their good color photo, complete address, phone number, email address and pay the membership fee, the state leadership has decided to provide them an appointment order and ID card and also update their details into the website within 24 hours.
